Utilized “Design for Additive” methodologies to design and print a 5 part engine assembly out of Inconel 718 via direct metal laser sintering (DMLS) to employ regenerative cooling, film cooling, and a modular pintle design for rapid prototyping

Drafted technical drawings (both printed and machined) for each engine component using GD&T (ASME Y14.5-2009) and coordinated critical design requirements to EOS subcontractor and USC machine shop

My division worked for Pratt & Whitney to conduct FEA analysis on parts for the F119 and F135 jet engines. This analysis was used to create standards that determined if parts with defects such as nicks, dents, or scratches could be refurbished or needed replacement.
